Winston Chen

Winston Chen has a strong background in finance and corporate management. Winston is currently working as the Vice President Corporate Finance at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director Corporate Finance at IMCO from 2020 to 2022. Winston also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Franklin Templeton Canada from 2015 to 2019, and as the Vice-President Controller from 2006 to 2014. Before that, they held various finance and accounting roles at Rogers Media, Publishing, Kraft Foods Canada, and Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Overall, Winston Chen has a wealth of experience in financial planning, accounting, and corporate management.

Winston Chen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto - New College. Winston has additional certifications including Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) obtained in 2012, Certified Public Accountant (CPA, Illinois) obtained in 1999, and Chartered Accountant (CA) obtained in 1992.
