Shabnam Hakim

Shabnam Hakim has a diverse background in community management and housing services, currently serving as a Community Manager and previously as an Assistant Manager at Investment Property Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Shabnam worked as a Community Engagement Specialist at Minneapolis Public Housing Authority for a brief period in May and June 2023. Shabnam's experience includes serving as a Roving Assistant Property Manager at Aeon from November 2021 to June 2023, and as a Housing Choice Voucher Specialist at St. Paul Public Housing Agency from October 2020 to November 2021. Additionally, Shabnam has held compliance-related roles at Sherman Associates and CommonBond Communities.
