Stephanie Pearl is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate paralegal services and legal department management. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Paralegal and Legal Department Manager at Investment Property Group, MHC, as well as in similar roles at Sage Apartment Communities, Inc. and DESOLA GENERAL SERVICES GROUP, LLC since October 2016, Stephanie has developed extensive expertise in the legal field. Previous experience includes roles as a Paralegal at Richards, Watson & Gershon and The Koll Company, and as a National Asset Manager at Landmark Dividend LLC. Stephanie has pursued formal education in Paralegal studies and Legal Studies at UCI and Kaplan University, respectively, enhancing a professional career that began with foundational experiences in title coordination and portfolio management.
