Ellen Hindson

Ellen Hindson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ellen started their career as a Client Administrator at PatronManager in 2013 and later became a Salesforce Administrator and Education Specialist. In this role, they conducted business analysis, gathered technical requirements, designed solutions, and trained end users. Ellen also managed large-scale training projects and provided bespoke consulting and training for clients.

Ellen also co-founded Trade Winds Ensemble in 2013, where they were involved in the leadership and management of the company. In 2017, they worked as a Professional Musician and Coach at Moving Performance Ltd., where they utilized their musical skills and provided coaching services.

In 2019, Ellen briefly worked as a Substitute Oboist at the San Diego Symphony. Ellen joined Virtu.Academy in 2020 as an Oboe Instructor. Additionally, they worked at Cloud Theory as a Salesforce Consultant and Client Success Manager. Ellen'sresponsibilities included providing consulting services and managing client relationships.

Ellen's most recent role is as a Client Success Manager at InvestorFlow, a position they started in 2022. Through their career, Ellen has developed a range of skills in client success management, salesforce administration, education, business analysis, and training.

Ellen Hindson's education history includes a Master's degree in Oboe Performance from The New School, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Music in Oboe Performance from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained several Salesforce certifications, including the Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator.
