Christopher Skokna has extensive work experience in editorial roles. Christopher is currently serving as the Editorial Director at Alta since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at InvestorPlace as the Editorial Director, Deputy Editor in Chief, and Senior Managing Editor from 2019 to the present. Christopher also held positions at Money Map Press, an Agora Company, as the Editorial Director, Managing Editor, and Associate Editor from 2014 to 2019. Christopher was a Copy Editor at Baltimore City Paper from 2000 to 2008 and an Associate Editor at Baltimore Business Journal from 1997 to 1999. In 1996, they worked as a Reporter at Fernandina Beach News Leader.

Christopher Skokna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a focus on Editing from the University of Florida, completing their education between the years 1991 and 1995.
