Brooke Sprang

Brooke is Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Investors Community Bank. She has been with ICB since 2013. Prior to joining the bank, she worked in human resources in both the manufacturing and service/hospitality industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree Human Resources Management, and a Masters of Science degree in Management and Organizational Development, both from Silver Lake College. She is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management, and is certified in multiple behavioral sciences. She is the current Secretary and Past President for the Lakeshore Area Human Resources Association, a board member for The Haven, and a member of the Lakeshore Technical College’s HR Program Advisory Committee. Brooke was also a recipient of the HR Professional of the Year award in 2016.
