Laura Huckabee

Laura Huckabee, SPHR, serves as the Director of Recruiting and Development at Investors Title Company and Affiliates since April 2015, leading the recruitment team and managing the end-to-end recruiting process across the United States. Previously, Laura was the Sr. Director of Recruiting and Development at Northwestern Mutual, where responsibilities included directing Human Resources operations and enhancing the organization's talent brand. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Recruiting at JONES DAY®, where Laura managed all recruiting activities, and as a Sales and Event Planner at The Catering Company, executing large-scale events. Laura began their professional career in legal research at PwC and holds a BA in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with ongoing education at Hollins University.
