Jean-François Lupien

Jean-François Lupien has a diverse work experience. Jean-François currently works as the Director of Foreign Direct Investment - Paris Office at Investissement Québec since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Board Member at Poly-Monde from October 2020 to September 2023. From February 2019 to January 2021, they worked as a Project Director - Americas at Montréal International and held the position of Project Manager - Americas from June 2017 to February 2019. Jean-François also lectured on International Trade at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) from January 2015 to December 2020. In addition, they have worked at Desjardins, where they held various roles including Advisor, Banking Services, Workforce/Performance Advisor, Section Manager, Senior Credit Analyst, Junior Credit Analyst, and Customer Services Agent from 2010 to 2017.

Jean-François Lupien obtained a Certificate in IT - Business Intelligence from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2013-2014, and another Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) in 2010-2014. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Law from Université de Sherbrooke in 2009-2010. In 2020, they also obtained a Certificate of Excellence in Foreign Direct Investment and Investment Promotion (CEFDI) from the wavteq Institute.
