Mazen Saoud

Mazen Saoud currently serves as Directeur de comptes principal at Investissement Québec since November 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles in commercial banking. Prior positions include Account Manager for Commercial & Industrial Markets at Desjardins from February 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included market share growth and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. Prior to Desjardins, Mazen worked at Banque Laurentienne as an Account Manager in Commercial Banking from February 2014 to February 2016, focusing on business development and identifying financing opportunities. At National Bank of Canada, Mazen held roles as an Account Manager in Commercial Banking from January 2008 to February 2014 and subsequently as Director of Investment Banking, where oversight involved providing financial advisory services to high net worth clients. Mazen holds a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics from the University of Montreal.
