Adrian E. Alvarez, Esq. has an extensive work experience. Adrian E. began their career in 2009 as a Law Clerk at Jorge A. Fernandez, P.A., where they researched and drafted legal memoranda on contractual matters and real estate litigation, drafted client letters, and prepared and presented research to attorneys. In 2010, they became a Venture Consultant - Law Fellow at The Launch Pad at UM. In 2012, they founded their own firm, Adrian E. Alvarez PL, where they worked as an Attorney. In 2013, they co-founded InvestReady and SnapLeads, and also worked as Assistant Director and Program Manager at The Launch Pad at UM. In 2007, they founded PrepSmart, where they provided test prep services for the SAT, ACT, LSAT, GMAT, and GRE. In 2021, they became the Head Of Consulting at Security Token Advisors and Content Creator - TokenRookie at Security Token Market. Most recently, in 2022, they founded DASA - Digital Asset Securities Attorneys, Agency, & Advisors, launching Digital Asset Securities To The Moon (Safely).

Adrian E. then attended the University of Miami where they earned a B.B.A. in International Finance & Marketing in 2007. Adrian E. continued their studies at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating in 2011 with a JD (Cum Laude). Adrian E. then completed an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 2012.
