David Brosgol

David Brosgol serves as General Counsel at Voyager since February 2021, overseeing legal matters for a digital asset agency broker and fiat currency onramp. Prior roles include Manager & Advisor at Anchorage, focusing on legal support for institutional digital asset custody, and Co-Founder, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Digital Asset Custody Company, instrumental in establishing industry standards before its acquisition by Bakkt. David's experience also encompasses significant legal leadership positions at Maverick Capital, Solus Alternative Asset Management, Trafelet & Company, and Weiss, Peck & Greer/Robeco USA, where responsibilities included managing legal compliance, advising on strategic initiatives, and participating in business development and operations. David Brosgol holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, an MA in Philosophy from the University of Essex, and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
