Alex Shea

Alex Shea, CFA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at US-Offsite, focusing on reducing vertical development costs and construction timelines through offsite construction methods. As an advisor for CARL, Alex aids in providing access to quantitative hedge funds via a mobile app. Previously, as VP of Finance at LIONSCOVE, management of a multi-million dollar real estate-backed loan portfolio was a key responsibility. Alex held roles at Bethel Church, where responsibilities included oversight of a multi-million dollar operating budget and the development of financial tracking applications. Experience also includes a fixed income analyst role at GAM, contributing to multi-billion dollar bond fund management, as well as investment banking and research analyst positions at Burnham Hill Partners LLC and U.S. Treasury - OCC, respectively. Alex holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business.
