Arkadi Kuhlmann

Arkadi Kuhlmann is the current Director at InvestX Capital. Arkadi has also been a Member Board of Directors at Council for Economic Education from January 2011 to July 2018. Prior to that, they were the CEO at ING DIRECT Canada from June 1996 to January 2000. Arkadi has also been the CEO at ING DIRECT USA from January 2000 to December 2012, and Chairman Of The Board at ING Bank FSB from January 2000 to February 2012.

Arkadi Kuhlmann has a HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, as well as an MBA and LLD. Arkadi is currently a professor of business economics at the same school.
