Nicole Liddell is the Executive Vice President of People & Culture at InvestX Capital. Nicole has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations. Nicole has a proven track record in developing and executing company strategy, operations, and business growth.

Nicole started their career in Human Resources at Ledcor, where they were the Senior Director of Talent. In this role, Nicole was responsible for all aspects of human resources, including employee communications, for a workforce of 800 plus strategic partners. Nicole then moved to Canfor, where they were the Senior Director of People & Culture. In this role, Nicole led all aspects of human resources and employee communications for a workforce of over 2,000 employees.

In September 2017, Nicole became the Vice President of People at BC Pavilion Corporation (PavCo). PavCo is responsible for developing, marketing, and operating iconic world class public convention, sports, and entertainment facilities in British Columbia. As the Vice President of People, Nicole was responsible for all aspects of human resources and employee communications for a workforce of 800 plus employees.

In February 2019, Nicole became the Vice President of HR & Operations at RECBC. RECBC is the provincial regulator of real estate licensees in British Columbia. As the Vice President of HR & Operations, Nicole is responsible for Human Resources, communications and engagement, technology, reporting and analytics, risk, procurement, and office & facility services.

Nicole Liddell has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of British Columbia, and a Masters in Industrial Relations from Queen's University. Nicole also has certification from Jennifer Brown Consulting in DEI Practitioner Foundations, FourSight in Mindset Certified Facilitator - team thinking style preferences in the creative problem-solving process, Institute of Corporate Directors in NFP GOVERNANCE ESSENTIALS PROGRAM, Government of Canada in Gender Based Analysis Plus, WATSON Advisors Inc. in Governing with Intention, Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR) in Executive Leadership Program, TalentClick in Certified Talent Assessor, CDR Assessment Group in CDR 3-D Assessment Suite Coach, and Prosci in Prosci Change Management Certification.

Their manager is Marcus New, CEO. They work with Patrick E. Brake, Jr. - U.S. Corporate Counsel & CCO, Rakhee Sandhu - Director of Product Management, Head of Product, and Colin Wrinch - CTO.
