Stephen Tan

Stephen Tan, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at InvestX Capital since November 2024. Previously, Stephen held the role of Director of Finance at NEXII, a green construction technology firm, from November 2022 to November 2024, where responsibilities included financial reporting and analysis. Stephen was the Head of Finance at Vistara Growth, a private equity firm, from November 2020 to November 2022, contributing to financial leadership and management. Prior experience includes managing business operations and financial planning at Grant Thornton LLP, as well as serving as an Investment Analyst at UBC Investment Management Trust. Stephen began their career as a Senior Accountant at Manning Elliott Accountants & Business Advisors and as a Project Accountant at Tervita Corporation. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of British Columbia and education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
