Ryan Dirksen

Ryan Dirksen has been in the workforce since 2011. Ryan began their career as the Founder & CEO of Veteran Entrepreneur, where they designed an NGO that provides specialized training to transform abandoned SPCA rescued dogs into personalized service dogs. In 2014, they joined the Washington Nationals as a Supervisor of Guest Experience and Game Day Promotions. In 2016, they took a course on learning to code with YouTube. In 2017, they worked as a Baseball Video Scout for Baseball Info Solutions and a Warehousing & Concessions Manager for Centerplate. Ryan then joined Stillwater Human Capital LLC and ManTech as a Technical Recruiter. In 2019, they joined The Buffalo Group as a Technical/ Intel Recruiter & IT Talent Partner. Currently, Ryan is a Talent Acquisition/ Marketing & Business Development Manager for Invex Technology Solutions, where they are responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates.
