Ema Markovic

Ema Markovic is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles, including Senior HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead at Invia Travel Germany GmbH since February 2022, and HR Consultant at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from February 2021 to January 2022. Previous positions include HR Specialist/HR Business Partner at Metro Cash & Carry Serbia, where Ema oversaw HR processes for over 150 employees and led a team of HR Officers. Ema has also served as HR Global Internal Auditor at METRO AG, coordinating HR practices across multiple countries, and has a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and performance management. Ema holds a Master’s degree in International Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the University of Nis, Faculty of Economics.
