Ozal Ergen

Ozal Ergen is a seasoned executive in retail media sales, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as Managing Director at Invia Media Group since January 2025, Ergen oversees group retail media initiatives. Prior to this role, Ergen was Managing Director of Sports Media Services at SIGNA Sports United from April 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included developing retail media products within sports and e-commerce marketing. Formerly, Ergen held key positions at Zalando, starting as Head Of Media and advancing to Head Of Marketing Strategy, specializing in operational excellence and advertising technology. Earlier experience includes a six-year tenure at iProspect in various leadership roles focused on client services, sales, and SEO. Ergen holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Roehampton and an Advanced Level IPA Certificate in Digital Marketing from Squared Online.
