Ivan Garcia

Ivan Garcia has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Ivan started their career at Gap Inc., where they worked as an Assistant Store Manager and handled merchandising, operations, stock management, and employee training. Ivan then moved to SAP USA Truck & Auto Parts, where they served as a Warehouse Manager responsible for overseeing receiving and distribution fulfillment activities in multiple warehouses.

Ivan later joined Worldwide Livestock Services Inc. as an Operations and Warehouse Manager, where they maintained inventory, coordinated dispatching, scheduling, and logistics. After that, they worked at Wärtsilä as an Inventory, Parts, and Purchasing Manager and Export Control & Customs (ECC) Coordinator, overseeing all aspects of inventory management and procurement.

Ivan then joined AVI Aviation as a Materials Manager on a contract basis, where they managed various departments and led the expansion of operations after securing a major contract with Delta Airlines. Ivan then moved on to NATIONAL DATA AND SURVEYING SERVICES, INC. as a Regional Operations Manager, responsible for the success of operations, client expansion, and management of a staff of 10 in multiple locations.

Currently, Ivan is working at Invicta Stores as an Inventory, Logistics, and Distribution Manager/Department Head. Ivan'sresponsibilities include managing inventory, warehouse operations, distribution, supply chain logistics, and implementing new e-commerce strategies. Ivan also collaborates with the merchandising department to create algorithms and auto-replenishment systems for retail stores.

Throughout their career, Ivan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, negotiation abilities, and a focus on improving efficiency and productivity.

Ivan Garcia attended Miami Springs High School and obtained their High School Diploma. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained the Situational Leadership certification from The Center for Leadership Studies in July 2018. Ivan also holds certifications such as AES Compliance Training from the U.S. Census Bureau and Forklift Certification and HazMat Certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute.
