Jennifer Mugford

Jennifer Mugford is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of People & Culture Operations at Invicta Stores since February 2021. In this role, Jennifer collaborates with senior leadership to shape the company’s People strategy, managing the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to cultural engagement. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Global Recruiting/HR Manager focused on recruitment strategy for diverse departments in Mexico and the US, and held key positions in talent acquisition at Grupo Vidanta and HR management at Unosquare. Additionally, Jennifer has extensive experience in HR operations, including coordinating migration projects at Lufthansa. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing, a Master's in Organizational Development, and a certification in Coaching from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
