Jessica Azzopardi

Jessica Azzopardi has extensive experience in people operations and human resources, working at companies such as Invicti Security, NetRefer, Vodafone Malta Ltd, and Lidl Malta Ltd. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Enterprise from MCAST. Jessica is currently serving as the Senior People Operations Partner, EMEA at Invicti Security, where Jessica helps organizations secure their web applications. Prior to this, Jessica was responsible for designing performance management and compensation processes at NetRefer, and managing payroll and rewards at Vodafone Malta Ltd. At Lidl Malta Ltd., Jessica worked as a Human Resources Administrator, handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee documents.
