Beatriz Vazquez

Beatriz Vazquez is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Wind River since September 2021, Beatriz leads the people strategy and operations in Costa Rica, collaborating with business leaders to enhance organizational success through effective HR practices. Previous roles include People Partner at CWT, where strategic HR support was provided to regional leadership, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Brightstar Corp., overseeing HR functions for multiple departments. Beatriz has also held HR positions at IBM, Convergys, the Inter-American Development Bank, Hewlett-Packard, and Omnex Group. Educational credentials include a specialization in Costa Rica Labor Law from Colegio de Abogados y Abogadas de Costa Rica, a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, and a BA in Psychology from Universidad Fidélitas.
