Currently serving as Guild Member and Chief Security Officer at Invictus Growth Partners since April 2024, Kennedy advises on security-related decisions and cybersecurity strategies for portfolio companies. Additionally, Kennedy holds board member and advisory roles at Axiad, a leader in passwordless authentication, and co-owns Illinois Alternative Medicine, focusing on hormone replacement therapy. As the co-founder of Swish365, Kennedy has developed advanced basketball training facilities, and serves as Chief Hacking Officer at Binary Defense Systems, a 24/7 monitoring and detection company. Kennedy also founded TrustedSec, LLC, an information security consulting firm, and has contributed as a faculty member at the Institute of Applied Network Security (IANS). Notable past positions include Chief Security Officer and various security roles at Diebold, as well as founding the DerbyCon conference. Kennedy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Malone University.
