Steve Cheuko

Steve Cheuko is a software engineer who has experience in developing and implementing web-based applications using JavaScript and Vue.js. Steve has worked with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure at Invictus International Consulting.

Prior to this, Steve worked as a college mentor at Engineering Tomorrow Inc. from March 2020 to February 2022. Steve also worked as an administrative assistant at Corn Refiners Association where they were responsible for updating executives on staff workflows and congressional timelines, and coordinating projects across five departments.

Steve began their career as an Urban Alliance Intern at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in November 2016 and later became an Urban Alliance Intern at the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development from June 2018 to January 2019. Their duties included conducting massive transfers of over 3,000 physical city records to an online database, meeting with developers vying for city contracts, and completing integral data collection through extensive research.

Steve Cheuko started their education journey in 2014 when they joined IDEA PCS. Steve later joined Urban Alliance in 2016, where they studied for one year. In 2017, they joined George Mason University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology until 2022. Apart from their degree, Steve has obtained various certifications, including NSA/DHS Information Assurance/Cyber Defense Education, Cybersecurity Awareness: Security Overview, Outlook 2013: Efficient Email Management, and Group 1 Social and Behavioral Research.
