Eric Scheffler is the Founder, Managing Partner, and General Counsel at a NYC-based real estate private equity company, focused on providing investors with superior risk-adjusted yields in secure and tax-efficient debt and equity real estate investments. Eric has a background in law and real estate finance, with previous experience at companies such as Glacier Global Partners, Madison Realty Capital, Bear Stearns & Co., and Winston & Strawn LLP. Eric also served as an Attorney at Scheffler, King and Bender and the Queens District Attorney's Office before starting their career in real estate private equity.
