Ketan Shah

Ketan Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at INVIDI Technologies since October 2018. Previously, Ketan held roles at Ericsson from 2013 to 2018, managing Scrum teams and overseeing quality assurance for the Ericsson Revenue Manager product. Ketan's career began at Telcordia Technologies from 2000 to 2012 as a Senior Software Engineer, directing quality efforts for the Ericsson Broadband Charging System. Ketan also has a background in software quality assurance at AT&T from 1996 to 2000. Ketan holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Government Medical College Surat and is certified in various Scrum and Agile methodologies, including CSP-SM®, SAFe®, A-CSM®, CSM®, and PSM.
