Tane van der Boon is an experienced entrepreneur and technology leader, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Inviol since February 2021, where innovative AI solutions are developed to enhance safety in hazardous work environments. As Co-Founder and Director of MAUI63, Tane focuses on protecting marine life, particularly the native Māui, utilizing cutting-edge technologies. Previously, Tane co-founded Winkl, revolutionizing New Zealand's sleep industry with rapid product development and successful marketing strategies. Tane's career also includes leadership roles at Vulcan, overseeing software design and operations, and as an IT Division Lead. Tane has a robust educational background, holding a Master's degree in Commercialisation and Entrepreneurship from The University of Auckland and multiple qualifications in Communications and Marketing from Auckland University of Technology.
