Felice Hawley has a diverse work experience in various roles related to content design, social media management, copywriting, and training. Felice started their career in 2006 as a Web Project Manager at the London Borough of Newham, where they managed the relaunch of the council's website and intranet. Felice then worked as a New Media Manager at Southern Housing Group, overseeing the launch of various websites and intranets. In 2011, they joined Transport for London as a Content Design Manager and later became a Social Media & Content Editor/Trainer. Felice also worked as a CMS Trainer at EPiServer AB and a Digital Content Designer at the Greater London Authority. Felice has provided training on writing for PR, writing for the web, media skills, digital copywriting, online content strategy, and CMS usage. Currently, they are a Digital Copywriting Trainer at Inviqa.
Felice Hawley attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Wireframing UI in Figma from The School of UX.
