Kaustav Bhattacharya

Kaustav Bhattacharya has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Kaustav is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Inviqa. Prior to this, they served as a Digital Trustee at MyBnk, where they helped develop the organization's digital strategy to deliver important digital services to their customers. Kaustav also worked as the Head Of Technology at MRM UK, where they represented the agency in the marketplace and forged strong client relationships to consult and advise on the adoption of new technologies.

Before that, Kaustav held the role of Digital CTO - Direct to Consumer at Reckitt, where they were responsible for the technical operations of e-commerce websites and CRM operations, as well as leading the transformation of the company's legacy MarTech stack. Kaustav was also a Chief Technology Officer at Cohaesus, where they drove organic business development with existing clients and championed the adoption of serverless cloud functions and API management.

Additionally, Kaustav has experience as a Startup Mentor at Outlier Ventures, where they mentored early-stage tech startups. Kaustav also served as the Technology Director at ustwo, contributing to the overall strategy and vision of the company, and as an Executive Director, Technology and Technology Director/Solution Architect at R/GA, where they played a key role in winning new business and delivering tech solutions for clients in the financial services industry.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Solution Architect at Capgemini, where they crafted technical architecture for client projects using industry-standard frameworks. Kaustav began their career as a Principal Consultant at Byng.

Kaustav Bhattacharya obtained a BSc degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from the University of Westminster from 1993 to 1996. Kaustav later pursued a Diploma in Astronomy and Physics from UCL from 2004 to 2006. In 2011, Kaustav Bhattacharya enrolled in The Open University, where they completed their MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations in 2014. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Radtac, specializing in product development. Furthermore, Kaustav Bhattacharya completed two short courses in Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL at the University of Westminster in 2003.
