Avery Duane

Avery Duane is a seasoned professional with experience in business development and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Invisible North since September 2025, Avery previously worked at Spiro from February 2024 to September 2025 as a Business Development Manager, after beginning as a Business Development Associate, focusing on client engagement and relationship building. Prior to that role, Avery was a National Recruiter at Aerotek from June 2022 to February 2024, responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidates across various industries.
