John Otieno

John Otieno is an Intermediate AI Data Trainer at Invisible since July 2021, focusing on training, evaluating, and testing AI to ensure its safety, accuracy, and widespread knowledgeability. Previously, John worked as an Operator responsible for menu tagging and categorizing social media content. At CloudFactory, John holds the position of Workstream Team Captain, facilitating communication between project leads and team members while providing coaching for accurate project outputs. Additionally, John served as an AI Data Specialist, specializing in data transcription and image annotation. Earlier experience includes a role as an Enumerator at the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics, where responsibilities included data collection and questionnaire administration. Educational qualifications consist of a degree in Software Engineering from Moringa School, a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Nairobi, and training in statistical packages from Dalworth Statistical and Research Training Center.
