Brian Dowling

Brian Dowling is an experienced leader in defense and technology sectors, currently serving as Director of Programs, US, at INVISIO Communications since May 2020. Previously, Dowling was Director of Business Development & Program Management at Revision Military, where responsibilities included capturing revenue opportunities and developing strategic partnerships in emerging technologies. Earlier roles included Program Management Officer at General Dynamics, where Dowling executed advanced technology projects for the US DOD, and Green Beret Commander at USSOCOM, earning two Bronze Star Medals for valor in combat operations. Dowling began military service as Pathfinder Executive Officer in the US Army and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
