Jesse Caster

Jesse Caster has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jesse is currently the Director of Business Development - OEM at INVISIO, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, Jesse served as the Head of Sales USA at FalCom from August 2021 to May 2023. Jesse also worked at GN Group as a Senior Business Development Manager for FalCom from November 2018 to August 2021. Jesse's previous experience includes roles at Harris Corporation, where they served as an International Program Manager from February 2017 to November 2018. Before that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Crosman Corp. from April 2014 to February 2017, overseeing a wide range of product portfolios. Jesse's earlier experience includes roles at Harris Corporation as a Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Technical Support Engineer from 2006 to 2014, as well as a Product Service Engineering Technician at Harris Corporation from 2004 to 2006. Jesse began their career as an Electronics Test Technician at MKS Instruments in 2003.

Jesse Caster attended Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians. Jesse also holds an additional certification in the Harris Management Development Program.
