Erin Osborne

Erin Osborne has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Erin is currently the Director of Learning and Development at InVision Human Services since March 2020. Prior to this, Erin worked as an HR Generalist - Talent Management at Hitachi Rail STS from May 2019 to January 2020. Erin also held the position of Manager, Global Talent Development and Learning Technologies at Mylan from April 2016 to November 2018.

Before joining Mylan, Erin worked at creehan & company as a Training and Organizational Development professional for a healthcare technology solutions provider. In this role from July 2014 to May 2016, they were responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating all training programs within the company, including leadership, managerial, professional, and business skills. Erin also designed and implemented training programs that aligned with the organization's needs and built management and leadership competencies.

During their tenure at EDMC OHE from 2006 to 2014, Erin held multiple roles including Training and Development Specialist, Technical Trainer, Project Associate, and Assistant Director of Admissions. As a Training and Development Specialist, Erin used the ADDIE Model and project management phases to design and implement targeted training programs on a national scale. Erin also conducted needs analysis and developed curriculum designs in various areas of business. Erin's role as a Technical Trainer involved delivering blended training programs, while their position as a Project Associate involved working on various projects. Erin also briefly served as an Assistant Director of Admissions.
