Jennifer Caruso

Jennifer Caruso is an experienced professional in the field of training and human services, currently serving as the Training and Referral Manager at InVision Human Services since January 2010. In this role, Jennifer ensures the coordination of company-wide training programs and manages referrals to facilitate smooth transitions into services. Prior to working at InVision, Jennifer held the position of Assistant Director at ARC of Rockland from 2003 to 2010, where responsibilities included treatment planning, progress tracking, billing record management for funding submissions, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, completed in 2003, and furthered education at Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Berks from 2015 to 2016.
