Marlene Hughes

Vice President, Health Services at InVision Human Services

Marlene Hughes has extensive work experience in healthcare and human services. From 2011 to 2018, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Metro Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center focused on providing primary and integrative care services to underserved communities. Prior to that, Marlene worked at InVision Human Services as the Executive Director of IBH from 2018 to 2019, and later as the Vice President of Health Services from 2019 to the present. In these roles, they utilized innovative approaches to improve the lives of individuals with significant life challenges by addressing their physical, behavioral, and social needs.

Marlene Hughes has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh. Marlene also holds a Master of Public Management degree from the Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University.
