Raymond Thomas D.Sc. has a background in quality management and program compliance. Raymond has held various positions in this field, including Director of Quality Management & Program Compliance at InVision Human Services and Director of Quality Management at the same company. Raymond was also a Director of Child and Family Services at A Second Chance, Inc. and later became the Sr. Director III of Systems Improvement Research Data and Planning. Raymond started their career as a Program Manager at Familylinks, Inc. and worked there from 2004 to 2013.
Raymond Thomas D.Sc. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Sport Management at Robert Morris University from 1996 to 2000.
