Weera Kaewprajum

Weera Kaewprajum has extensive work experience in the Information Technology industry. Weera is currently working at Inviso as a Solution Assessment Consultant in Thailand. In this role, they report directly to the Microsoft Solutions Group Lead in Asia and represents Microsoft for Solution Assessments. Weera serves as the Technical Lead for various areas such as Infrastructure & Data Migration, Application & Database Modernization, Cybersecurity, Holistic Business Case, and Analytics.

Prior to their current role, Weera worked at MFEC Public Company Limited as a Senior System Engineer/Service Manager. Weera provided local support for Teradata products and managed activities related to supporting, maintenance, and projects for assigned sites/accounts.

Weera also worked at Carestream as a Field Service Support Specialist for Healthcare IT Solutions. Weera acted as a conduit between different cross-functional teams and was responsible for supporting major incidents in the ASIA region.

At Teradata (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Weera worked as a System Support Engineer, providing account management, customer service, support engineer, and project implementation/management. During their time at Dell Global Business Center Sdn. Bhd., they held multiple roles including Senior Enterprise Technical Support Specialist/Resolution Manager and Enterprise Technical Support Specialist. Weera provided technical support and troubleshooting for Dell Enterprise products.

Earlier in their career, Weera worked at Emerio as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical support for Dell client products. Weera also worked at SANfinity Co.,Ltd. as a Technical Consultant/Engineer, supporting sales representatives and providing technical knowledge to clients.

Throughout their career, Weera has demonstrated expertise in technical support, project management, and customer service.

Weera Kaewprajum completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Ramkhamhaeng University from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Weera has obtained several certifications in various fields.
