Rick Avendano

Rick Avendano has a diverse work experience in the field of Workday and Peoplesoft consulting. Rick started their career as a Peoplesoft Functional Consultant at Cima Consulting Group in 2004. Rick then worked as a Peoplesoft Functional Consultant at Adjoined Consulting in 2005, and later joined Kanbay Consulting in the same role. In 2007, they moved to Capgemini as a Senior Peoplesoft Consultant.

In 2010, Avendano joined OmniPoint as a Workday Delivery Manager, where they stayed until 2012. Rick then joined Aon as a Workday Total Rewards Practice Lead, and worked there until 2017.

Avendano's next career move was to Alight Solutions, where they held multiple roles over the years. Rick started as the Director of Workday Medium Enterprise Delivery from 2017 to 2019. Rick then became a Workday Enterprise Architect from 2019 to 2021, and finally served as the Director of Workday Strategy & Products from 2021 to 2022.

Their most recent position is with Invisors, where they currently hold the role of Director, Support Practice Solutions Leader since 2022.

Rick Avendano received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
