Aref Soltani

Aref Soltani, PMP®, is a seasoned professional with diverse expertise in engineering and project management. Currently a Project Lead for HVAC at INVISTA, Aref also co-founded Lab2Client, an innovative platform enhancing access to research facilities and expertise. Aref's previous roles include Project Manager and Teaching Assistant at York University's Lassonde School of Engineering, where responsibilities involved machine design and manufacturing methods. Aref's research experience spans various prestigious institutions, including a role as a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces, focusing on applications of laser-reduced graphene oxide films. Aref holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from York University and a Graduate Certificate in Technology Commercialization from Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business.
