Kristian Kienitz possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and planning across various industries. Currently serving as an MRP Controller, Warehouse Supervisor, and System Owner at INVISTA since September 2022, Kristian has improved stock policies and developed an Excel-based MRP tool to streamline reordering processes. Previous roles include Demand Planning and Inventory Control Manager at John Soules Foods, where Kristian led a team that supported significant sales growth and enhanced inventory management efficiency, and Supply Planner at Smithfield Foods, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand. Kristian has also held positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, Texas A&M University, Fiat Chrysler Latin America, and Jabil, where expertise in manufacturing, quality control, and process improvement was demonstrated. Kristian holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and multiple degrees in the same field from various institutions.
