Mahesh Rege

Mahesh Rege is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in chemical process automation and improvement initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Chemical Process Automation at INVISTA since July 2013, Mahesh has led the development of innovative automation systems, significantly enhancing process unit health monitoring and plant optimization, resulting in over $60 million in annual EBITDA savings. Previous roles include leadership positions at Georgia-Pacific and Flint Hills Resources, focusing on operational improvements, process engineering, and advanced control solutions. Mahesh holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations Management from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University, coupled with a robust foundation in mathematics.
