Melinda Griffin

Melinda Griffin, MBA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles related to human resources, project management, and event coordination. Currently serving as the HR Director for Downstream Nylon and Global HR Leader at INVISTA since April 2022, Melinda has previously held multiple positions at Koch Business Solutions from April 2014 to April 2022, including HR Business Partner and HR Service Center Supervisor. Melinda has a background in client relations and event management from prior roles at JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead and The Colonnade Group. Melinda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Hospitality & Meetings Management from the University of Alabama and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from South University-Savannah Online.
