Pilar Nestar García has an extensive work experience. Pilar has been the CEO and Founder of INVITADISIMA since 2018, and is currently a Professor of Global Mindset at ESIC Business & Marketing School. In 2017, they founded Lauren Lynn London, where they drove the evolution of Brand and Product Experience with a high level of interaction and a very clear focus on real results. Pilar was also the Marketing Manager at Penguin Random House UK in 2017 and a Freelancer in 2016, where they held the role of HEAD OF MARKETING | BRAND COMMUNICATIONS | MARKETING MANAGEMENT. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Brand Manager at Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, S.A.U. where they were responsible for defining, designing, and coordinating product and marketing strategies, as well as managing and leading the execution of integrated campaigns. In 2013, they were a Co-founder and designer of the website http://www.elenitos.com, a personalized jewelry website. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Product Manager and Marketing & Trade Marketing Product Manager at Prisa Ediciones, Grupo PRISA, and from 2007 to 2008, they were a Marketing and Communication Department at SAGE Group, ARS. Madrid. Additionally, they were the Head professor of “Mathematics I” – 1st year at ESIC in 2008.

Pilar Nestar García's education history includes attending Babson College in 2019, where they earned a Startup Jumpstart 2019 in Entrepreneurship. From 2014 to 2016, they attended IESE Business School and earned an Executive MBA in both MBA and Habilidades sociales y para los negocios. In 2011, they attended EUDE Escuela Europea de Dirección y Empresa and earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Digital Marketing (Web 2.0) in Marketing Digital (Web 2.0). Pilar also attended ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2011 and earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Datamining & Customer Intelligence in Datamining. Lastly, from 2004 to 2009, they attended ESIC and earned a Master’s Degree in Marketing & Business Administration in Marketing and Business Administration.
