Chuck Powell

Chuck Powell, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Accounting Projects and Operations at Invitation Homes since October 2012, leading a team of over 25 professionals to achieve operational excellence and driving financial results in collaboration with Operations Leadership. Key responsibilities include contract negotiation, property accounting data management, and process improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Chuck held various progressive leadership positions, including Vice President of Accounting and Senior Director of Accounting, and has extensive experience in different accounting roles at organizations such as The Delta Companies, Mannon L Walters Inc, Bank of Texas, and Bank of America. Chuck holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas and a BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
