Jonathan S. Olsen

Jonathan S. Olsen is currently the EVP of Corporate Strategy And Finance at Invitation Homes. Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in Real Estate Investment Banking, and has worked with some of the largest financial institutions in the world, including Jefferies & Company, Goldman Sachs, and Banc of America Securities. Jonathan has been responsible for sourcing, executing, and negotiating the business and legal terms of a variety of Real Estate merger, acquisition, and disposition transactions. Jonathan has also coordinated and led financial, accounting, property, environmental, and legal due diligence on a variety of assignments. In addition, Jonathan has created quantitative and qualitative analyses related to various M&A advisory, restructuring, and debt and equity financing assignments, including public and private company valuations, underwriting of portfolio financings, design of complex financial models, and creation and presentation of materials for clients' management teams and Boards of Directors. Some of Jonathan's most notable transactions include Bell Partners' $304 million sale of Bell Senior Living to Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE: SNH).

Jonathan S. Olsen has a MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics, English from the University of Pennsylvania.
