Matt Piland

Matt Piland currently serves as the Regional Rehab and Turn Manager at Invitation Homes, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Matt Piland was the Director of Resident Services at HomeSource from January 2022 to March 2025, also holding positions as Project Manager and Project Management Coordinator. Between June 2017 and March 2022, Matt Piland co-owned Disaster Removal & Cleanup Services LLC, which specializes in mold remediation, water damage restoration, odor control management, and demolition services.
