Randy Gray

Randy Gray currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Invitation Homes, a role held since November 2013, and previously was the Vice President of Operations for South Florida. In addition, Randy has worked as a Professional Health and Lifestyle Coach at Best Life Solutions since July 2007, emphasizing lifestyle changes for permanent weight loss and optimal health. Randy also held the position of National Director at OPTAVIA - Take Shape For Life, contributing to the training of health care professionals and certified coaches. Earlier experience includes serving as District Director at Zip Realty, where coaching and development of real estate professionals was a primary focus, and co-founding Best Rate Solutions, Inc. for mortgage originations. Randy's career began as SVP for the Midwest Region at Columbia National Mortgage. Educational background includes studies at Ventura College and Rio Mesa High School.
