John Hupalo

John Hupalo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John started their career at UBS Securities LLC in 1998 as a Managing Director, where they developed private credit and FFELP student loan financing business. John then joined First Marblehead Corp in 2003 as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President, responsible for various departments and leading the company's IPO. In 2008, Hupalo founded Hupalo Advisory Partners, a transitional consulting services platform focused on serving student loan clients. John later co-founded Ramirez Capital Advisors in 2009, specializing in student loan restructuring. During this time, they also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at American Student Assistance. Hupalo joined Deutsche Bank in 2010 as the Head of Education Finance, leading the bank's student loan ABS business. In 2012, they founded Invite Education, LLC, a company dedicated to empowering parents and students with tools and services for college planning and payment. Most recently, Hupalo has taken on the role of Chief at Point O'Woods Volunteer Fire Company in 2016.

John Hupalo obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Boston University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Afterward, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at the NYU Stern School of Business, graduating in 1987.
