Previously, Amir held management positions at AstraZeneca and McKinsey & Company. Barsoum holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master's degree from The American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical studies from Ain Shams University.
